Machine Downtime - Adding Multiple Days if in Sequence??

    Hi Forum Users,

I have had great help on here before, so thought I would throw this one out there.
I am trying to calculate downtime for machines using a poor data source that isn't very functional.

I have "crunched" the data and the issue I have – it appears the data is set to record a maximum 12hrs. So I need to find a way to quickly locate the same truck that has remained "down" on the same date (report breaks each day into 2x 12hr shifts) and any consecutive dates to provide a total downtime.

Raw data starts in the 2014 tab.
Next Tab is sorted to the specific "assets" I want to look at. Namely these filters applied:
    • DT fleet only.
    • “Delay code” = “SERVICE” only.
    • “Component” = “Service” only.
    • “Fault Reported” = anything not mentioning service removed.
    • “Description / Repairs Carried Out” = anything obviously not service removed. (I didn’t spend long on this as comments were typically pretty irrelevant anyway!!)
    • DT Less than 60mins – removed.

These filters are used to populate the and filter 2W/4W/8W/16W tabs. (These codes mean 2weeks, 4 weeks etc and are the "type" of service completed).
Attached is where I have the data currently.

Any help appreciated as I am starting to do nuts trying to figure out how to get the information I crave!!
