Need a Formula Find sections in a column and return start and end times

Hi I have a list of times set against a date, the list contains course start and end times along with course headings.

The user scrolss through the courses via a spin box to progress through the day, I need a formula that can indicate the start and finish times of each course in a user controlled viewing sheet.

Please see the attached book for details.

pd I have found formula that finds the last instance of a time range but I need help to expand on it please.

I'm sorry but I don't understand why you keep starting new threads when you have others which are left unresolved and in which many people have offered their time to try and help you.

This is already the second time I've asked you kindly to either close that thread - if you are satisfied that it is resolved - or at least to offer some feedback to the many posters who have offered potential solutions.

This is a separate query, the solution from this link http://www.excelforum.com/excel-form...esponding.html has contributed to another workbook. I have just implemented the solution given to me and responded with feedback.
