Consolidating a Frequency Data Series Into a Single Column

Is it possible to take a data series which is currently displayed by frequency, and consolidate it into a single column?

For example, column A shows various size measurements while column B shows the frequency of that particular measurement. I want column D to display the consolidated, sequential size measurements (if it's possible?)

@Winon - I was hoping to have the frequency taken out, such that Diam 569 Freq 6 was just 569 but 6 times in sequence within another column.

@MickG - I'm unsure how to test this code, sorry!
