I am trying to write something that will lookup a value entered in cell A17 of first sheet and then search for all the rest of the sheets for full/partial matches and return values. I have tried doing something like this with VLOOKUPS, and its not working. Help please

The above workbook has 2 sheets. I just want it to search all the sheets and workbooks, in a specific folder and return full/partial matches of the entire row.
No solution? Help me out guys
