Hi can you pls help me formulating as Task Monitoring template for my team. We have existing MIS format but every time I input details it's always calculate process time.

This is Ravi Kumar ,I have done some changes in your sheet and attachedMIS FORMAT FOR CODES.xlsx you the same. Provide me real data in the input sheet at least few rows & also clarify which columns should fall in respective reports in report (Sheet) so that i can understand in details .
