Timing delay & advance with Data validation & if statement.

I am trying to combine data validation with if statement. With timing of the amounts dependent on the Validation list. I.e. if select 1 i receive all the cash flows in same period. If i select 2 i receive cash-flows at the end of period two so on and so-forth. At the same time if i select -1 it should give me cash-flows at start of period 1. if i select -2 it should give two periods sum in period 1.

I have attached an example file.


If I select Negative 1 or positive 1 it should produce the same number as in row 5 starting from period 1 to end
If I select number 2 it should produce the same number but 1 period delayed i.e. in period 2
if I select 2 it should delay the first amount by 2 periods i.e. in-period 3


On the other hand if I choose "-2" it still give me the sum of period 1 & 2 amount and -3 sum 3 columns. With adjacent two being empty.

I need one comprehensive formula which cover all the scenarios.
