Football league rankings (Points > H2H > GD > GS)

Hey all,

I have a nice spreadsheet we have been using for our Fifa 14 league matches between friends. The spreadsheet is working upto some point. Only thing that is missing is the proper ranking priorities.

Right now head to head matches are not taken into account and it works as Points>Goal Difference>Goals Scored. What I want the spreadsheet to do is
Points>Head to head matches Goal Difference(The Head 2 Head sheet I have created should help)> Goal difference> Goals Scored.

here is the spreadsheet and the rankings are sorted on ayar sheet on B column.
Please help me out to sort this challenge, feel free to edit and play around with the spreadsheets
