    Pasting into a formatted table

    Hi -

I feel like this is a silly question with an easy answer but can't seem to find it. I have a data range in excel worksheet that I formatted as a table. I want to paste in several new rows of data into that table and have that new data become part of the data range. However, when I paste the data in, it does not become part of the dynamic range and is just static. If I manually enter new data into the empty rows below the formatted table, they become part of the range just fine.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or is this not a possibility?

    Thanks!

Be more specific as to what you are doing. What steps exactly are you taking? If the table is 7 columns across, are you just pasting in a 2x2 section or does the paste go from A:G?
