tying picture names into cells

Greetings all, I am in a pickle and my solution has two parts in order to solve it.

A little back story, I have been trying to make an easier method for posting excel based spreadsheets into an existing auction program that uses tab delimited excel files in windows 8 on a tablet running excel 2013. Here are my two biggest problems:

1. How do make it so that when i have a file open and switch to the tablet camera it automatically posts the pictures into that file?

2.How do I make it so that the file names from said file are automatically linked to an specific excel file cell? (I have in place an existing macro that auto creates files in an sub folder tied to a new spreadsheet that is created to match the lot numbers. This is an auction based program with the lot numbers being in column A). This is all uploaded through filezilla so specific file names are crucial to tie them to a specific lot.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
