Autofill data from one workbook to another workbook

I have workbook that contains a sheet that was imported via MS Access report called DataBook, with formatting being conserved. I would like to know, either by code or equations, if I can auto fill a pre-determined excel template, called BOMBook, with data that is in DataBook. I was originally just copying and pasting, but now I need to have the data loaded in automatically or via macro. Not too familiar with macros.

Certainly it is possible. But need your data files & template to play with.

Alrighty. Ill attach the template of the report that Access spits out and the template of where this data needs to go. EntryFormTableTEST is what access spits out into excel from a report, Book2 is where this stuff needs to go.

    Book2.xlsx

    EntryFormTableTEST.xlsx

    Some notes:
Assembly is only entered once because one assembly is done at a time. I would like AssemblyNumber to be loaded into the grey cells labeled accordingly ("assembly1", "assembly2" etc) because anything typed into these grey areas are auto-filled in the rows above in the first column.
There are no duplicate components within one assembly.
Description and Nomenclature are the same thing. AssemblyQty and Qty Per are the same thing. Its pretty obvious what goes where, but if you're not sure I'll fill you in
Also, I have pre-loaded equations in Book2 (destination template) that must remain. Still in the process of solidifying them (using named variables instead of cell references) in case of last minute row insertions.

Oh and each assembly is separated via the grey row. One person will do several assemblies on the same sheet. Need to be able to insert/delete as needed without losing or changing equations (except to include additions/deletions).
