Locking Formatting but not data

Hello,
I have created a workbook that has some complicated formatting that would be easy to mess up if used incorrectly. I am wanting to lock the formatting so it cannot be changed but still be albe to change the data in some of the cells( ie updating quantities etc). I can only seem to get it to lock the entire thing or not.

Thank you! I was trying that before but missed the very first step of only selecting the cells that you want to have people edit. Thanks again!
