Select value based on a value being in a range

I am not sure if my title really describes what I am trying to do, so here is an example;

I have a data table as follows;

Min Max Value
100 109 11
110 119 12
120 129 13

I want to be able to find a value, based on a different value fitting in the Min / Max range (inclusive). For example, if I have 114 this is in the range 110 - 119 on my table, so I expect 12 back.

How might I go about this on Excel 2010?
