Ignore the color fill in cells for autofilter

Really simple but google was of no help. So looking to you guys!

I have a column I want to autofilter from smallest to largest and to hide blank cells, problem is all color filled cells are not considered blank (which i find really odd!) I would like excel to ignore the fact a cell has color and hide those colored blank cells as well as unfilled blank cells.

    Thank you for the help!!

    Hi AustinLe

I wonder how you are colouring the cells? If I click on the "fill color" paint pot, then blank cells are still considered blank for autofiltering purposes

    Regards
