Hi there
I am starting to put a rota together of people's availability. I need to be able to add up all the letters used in a row to get a total which would sit in the column titled 'Availability' (see attached sheet).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not very clear of which letters you want to count. Is it all "A" or all letters in the row?
All "A"
=COUNTIF(B3:N3,"A")
All in the row
=COUNTIF(B3:N3,"<>")
