Sort and total letters in different words

I have a sheet that has following cells:

Sheet 1 A1 WELCOME
Sheet 2 A1 HOME
Sheet 3 A1 OSCAR

I want sheet 4 A1 to sort and total the total alpahbets in the cells from the previous sheets to display the following results:


Sheet 4 A1 W=1;E=3;L=1;C=2;O=3;M=2;H=1;S=1;A=1;R=1

(I want excel to tell me the results: there are: one instances of W, three instances of E; one of L and so on)

Any help will be greatly appreciated
