Hi, martinluther,
the best solution to my taste would be to use a table for the data and insert a pivot table on that showing Product name and Order Tyoe as Rows and Quantity as Column with Quantity as Data. The Table would expand when you hit Tab on the last field and the pivot would get the correct data without changing the area on which to work.
Please note that you would have to use the same areas when you are working with your formulas (you sometimes work with Rows 2 to 6 and 3 to 7 while your data ranges from 2 to 10, You could use $ to make these absolute addresses).

Attached is a template for pulling in data from a dropdown menu. If you reorganize your data a bit and make sure names are consistent, you should have no problem creating a file that suits your needs. Please respond if it's unclear or if you have any additional questions.
Here is your workbook with the formulae filled in. Better organization of your data as in a table or other organized list would make this a little easier.

up to my knowledge , the order number will be varying of every transaction , with respect to Partner ?
