Need Help Getting Customer Information

Hello,

This is my first post and I am desperate for help.

I am trying to find out if a customer has come into the store once they have placed a phone call to the company. I want to see if they came into the store 10 days after they place the call.

My first thought was identify the unique customer number in the rows and list the number of times they came in for service, but I realized I am not sure how to find out what type of service they received phone call or in store?

If anyone can help I really need it. I have been at this for 2 days now and I can't find a solution.
