Link a picture to a drop down box

I am trying to associate pictures to a dropdown box. The pictures are on a separate sheet. The picture is to be displayed on E20 and the drop down box is in K20. Any advice or assistance? Im not very good at VBA and I accomplished this once before using the =INDIRECT function. But for some reason it is not working now.
