How to sum a range of cells that contain Vlookup calculations

Hello guys, sorry if this is a very easy question:

How can I add multiple cells that have Vlookup formulas such as =VLOOKUP(I76,I115:Q138,6,FALSE)

I am new to the Vlookup world so I am having this sum issue.

    Thanks!

Re: How to sum a range of cells that contain Vlookup calculations

Found the issue, Vlookup cells have a *$ sign but with a bad format so it does not sum,**"$**** 1.12" is there a way to get rid of such characters or to ignore them, in order for the sum calculation to work?

    Thanks!
