Copy/insert multiple 1 page excel files into 1 master excel file.

I have 40 seperate excel files that are 1 sheet each. I would like to copy or insert them into a single multi-sheet master excel file. Is this possible?

Save the file in the same folder as the files you want to copy.

Open it and it will run automatically.

The macro starts to run on the first file then i get a Run time Error 9

Did you run the macro or did you put the spreadsheet into a folder?

I dropped the spreadsheet into a folder with 4 files sheet1.xlsx to shee4.xlsx
I opened the spreadsheet

It ran perfectly.
