I am using this formula :=IF(B2>=H2,"On Time","LATE") and get the results I want
What I cant figure out is for the cell I have the formula in (J2) to be blank when B2 is blank

u can use below formula in J2
=IF(LEN(B2)=0,"",IF(B2>=H2,"On Time","LATE"))
