Column table created but not able to do data manipulation

Hi friends, i am new to this forum and need your help. I have created a work sheet and one of the columns has multiple data values, i want to have an option to select one value. This, i should have a choice to select the option when my choice is YES, if my choice is NO then i should be able to move on to another column.

    Details:
    -- Column name is Planning
-- Values are Min-Max, Re-Order Point, Kanban and Not Planned
-- The choices i want to have YES and NO
-- If i select YES then the system should allow me to select one of the values (Min-Max or Re-Order Point or Kanban)
-- If i select NO then Not Planned should automatically get selected and cursor should move to next column

Please find attachment of the excel sheet

Need forum members help, thanks in advance!

    Regards,
