Pivottable refers to old version of file?

I have an Excel file where I have created a pivot table. It refers to another sheet in the same file.

When I send the file to a colleague over email and he opens it up, the pivot table refers to the file on my computer.

How can I avoid this and force the pivot table to always refer to the file it is in?

This has happened many times before. I seems to happen when a copy a file instead of using "Save as". But now it happened when I emailed it as well.
