Calculated Field When Using Data Model

Here's the conundrum:

I have 3 sheets of data and I've turned all of them into tables (Insert > Table) so I can see them all in one Pivot Table (by checking "Add this data to the Data Model"). I'd like to insert a Calculated Field here but it's grayed out.

Any suggestions?
