Dragging formula down a column that takes the data from a row

I want to drag my formula down a column that takes the data every Sunday from a row

For example

A1 A7 A14
23 22 45


C3 23
C4 22
C5 45

The data is laid out in a row but I want to drag the forumla C3 to C5 but how do I get it to jump 7 cells across each time?

Yeah sorry that will be correct

I cant seem to find it anywhere online I don't know if am using the correct terms or what but any help is very much appreciated martindwilson
