Summing Cells with Functions

I am fairly new to Excel and am slighty past the novice stage

I have created a spreadsheet and I have created a function to track hours worked over forty for several team memebers by utilizing a function which calculates
hours worked over 40 hours. However, when I sum them I am getting a "cyclical" error. How can I sum these without getting this error?

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Please click on the first tab "Sprinkles". I have two dates with OT data. There will be weekly OT data to be entered and summed. The OT data will be in column K. I want to click-select each and SUM in a cell below the entries.
I hope I have provided the necessary information to iluustrate my goal.
