Multiple Countifs? or dont know whats next to use

Hi Excel Forum,

I have a problem in regard to counting the number of met orders as well as the names of the employee.

like for example is the attached file I included on this post, I would like to get the count of orders per person and the count of orders which met the cycle time.

My cycle time is 5 and below so it clearly shows what is met and not. I used countif for the count of orders, just unsure on what to use to get the count of orders that met my cycle time per employee.

I also show on what the expected result would be.

To Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

You are using higher excel but your profile is excel 2003

I cannot see this formula working as it only shows the cell blank or no value.

I just forgot to update my profile but I am using excel 2007 here at office.

The results I wanted is to show how many orders were met per employee and the answer should be Ryan 2, Ralph 1, and Ner 4.
