I am new Excel learner, I am learning about the templates so I want to prepare the template on the topic of Christmas Gift list, in which I want to track the details of whom I want to buy the gift how much budget I have for friends how much I want to spend for relatives for gifts. How much I should spend on decoration etc expenses.

I suppose this could be done in many ways. You could create seperate lists for friends/family/relatives, write down names, estimate prices for gifts etc. Write the total amount of your budget in a cell, then have a formula substract amounts from the gift lists to see how much you have left. Or something like that.
Can you please help me to show the example in Excel file.

Taking bmouse's example, you could have just a simple list. You can then use a Pivot Table to analyse your spending. See the example attached
