Hyperlink shows as PaperClip image

I've embedded some files in a spreadsheet. They show up as a traditional hyperlink with a location address. I want to have it show as a paperclip icon, like the one you get for attachments on outlook. I want the paperclip image to be restricted to the cell, not a free floating image.
