Error Message while opening Excel-File

Hello Community

I am desperately searching for an solution to my Problem. I have a Excel-File that i cannot open anymore unless Excel tries to repair it and after all deletes formats in the tables.

the following code is from the log-file i recieved:

Could you help me to solve this? I really don't know what is going on with the file.

Thank you for your answer, unfortunately this didn't solve it, do you have any other idea what might work? Could this come from Userforms that are still running (not yet unloaded) in the VBA-Sections?
