    Floating Navigation Pane

Is it possible to create a floating navigation pane in which I could place macro buttons?

I was thinking on navigation pane/control, but what I need is anything where I can add buttons (or commands), which will be associated to macros, and it will be visible disregard which tab I am...

    is it possible? Thank you

Once again Tim, but unfortunately I don't read Russian and I couldn't identify the path I could get to anything similar to the screen you sent... Do you have it in English?

    Re: Floating Navigation Pane

I think the suggestion is to add custom button to ribbon.

Alternative, taking into account your comment "visible disregard which tab I am", is to use a the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar).
File > Options > Quick Access Toolbar

Or create your own modeless userform.

Or freeze the top row(s) and place you buttons there
    Cheers

Thank you all, but what I am actually looking for is a dialog box which I can add the required buttons associated to different macros, and this dialog box to be visible when switching from one worksheet to another.
