Is it possible to use Conditional Formatting AND Format as Table at the same time?

Hi there,

Is it possible to use Conditional Formatting AND Format as Table at the same time? I have a To-Do List Excel file, that I have it customize to have colors (personal preference... I love colors in my logs). I would like to leave the colors that I have, but would like to add Conditional Formatting to tell me the items that are due today, and that are over due! by simply changing the text to red (to the ones that are due today and over due).

Is that possible?
