    How Do I Show Titles to Icons on Ribbon?

    On the ribbon of Excel 2010, I got icons but no titles describing these icons. How can I show both icons and titles?

    How did you add the icons?
    Do you mean the ribbon or is it the QAT (quick access toolbar)?
