Goal Seek function in a dynamic excel sheet

Is there any way to automate the function GOAL SEEK in dynamic excel sheet. It is a tedious task to use the function goal each time when I update the excel sheet. Please help

Is there some external requirement to use Goal Seek for this? I think the easiest way is to solve for factor (f) algebraically, then put the appropriate formula into row 1. To get you started on the algebra:

I8=I6+I7
I6=sum(I1 through I5)
I5=f*sum(I1 through I4)
Substitute I5 into I6, then substitute I6 into I8. Then solve that expression for f.
