Using Output of One Combo Box to Dictate Options Shown in a Second Combo Box?

I am trying to set up where I have a combo box with 10 different options to select from, (for example lets say they're 10 different t-shirts). Based on what the user selects I want to then in the column right next to it display options for that t-shirt (let's say the different colors available). But the colors for each t-shirt are different for each one so the second combo box has to be reactive to the answer of the first combo box.

Any help with if this is possible? And second any help with building the logic behind it if possible would be so great!
