    Question Lookup multiple items

    Hi Guys,

Struggled with this one for a while and cant seem to find a solution - I'll explain it as best as I can.

I've attached a spreadsheet that has 3 worksheets. Cell L1 on the 'Score Card' sheet has a list drop down containing names. When you select a name from these lists, I want it to pull data from the relevant cells on the 'DATA' worksheet and populate the relevant cells on the 'LOOKUP' worksheet.

E.g. I select Ashden Thomson from cell L1 from cell U4, I want the 'LOOKUP' worksheet to display the relevant values from the 'DATA' worksheet.

I've attached an example workbook, if I've not been clear enough, let me know

    Thanks in advance.

    Re: Lookup multiple items

On the DATA sheet I have named ranges, these match the names in the dropdown on the 'SCORE CARD' sheet. I want it to pull the data from the named range and enter it on the corresponding spaces on the LOOKUP sheet.

Let me know if I'm not been clear enough.

    Thanks

This could be simplified if there weren't so many merged cells and redundant extraneous data. However, this should work for the pull. Paste into B2 of LOOKUP and drag accross/down:

Forgot to mention that some of the cells within column A of your LOOKUP data aren't the same/have spelling mistakes. Copy/Paste Special --> Values a range from DATA (say, range B188:B120) into A2:A34 on LOOKUP. That should fix things.

Awesome, cheers skywriter. Thanks as well to mcmahobt - probably something I was doing wrong rather than your formula.
