How to apply formula to entire column that will work for different number of entries?

I am trying to make a template that will do same for every set of inputs. The inputs vary in number of entries in rows. I want this formula to work every time I paste data in without dragging it down.
I also want to avoid inserting formula to entire excel sheet. Any ideas,

It appears that you will need to apply a worksheet_change event in VBA to your worksheet. We will need more information to give you a viable solution, however.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
