To Find the Last Promotion Year

Dear Excel Experts,

I have attacheed a Excel sheet in which the the Employee promoted date have been mentioned. I need to get the latest promotion Year in the Last Promotion Cell.

The year which he promoted lastly should get displayed in the Last Promotion Cell.

Please help which formula I can use to simplify the Process

2) If there are 2 sheets how to VLOOKUP the Last promotion cell with the Other Sheet?

But instead of 5 or 6, can the year be displayed in the last promotion year cell? I need the Last Promotion "YEAR" to be displayed in the Last Cell? Any Option is there?

If you go to the very right of the sheet I have attached half an hour ago, you will find the YEAR displayed. I just wanted to illustrate things very clearly, building up the solution step by step. If you mean sth different, upload another file incl your remarks, all right?! Regards hlhans
