To Find the Last Promotion Year

Dear Excel Experts,

I have attacheed a Excel sheet in which the the Employee promoted date have been mentioned. I need to get the latest promotion Year in the Last Promotion Cell.

The year which he promoted lastly should get displayed in the Last Promotion Cell.

Please help which formula I can use to simplify the Process

2) If there are 2 sheets how to VLOOKUP the Last promotion cell with the Other Sheet?
