    Service Desk KPIs

    Hello.

I'm sure this is basic, but I'm not great with Excel.

So, I have two worksheets, one for output KPIs, the second for data.

I'd like to do two things. Populate the RAW DATA sheet with monthly data manually, and have that populate the corresponding cell in the KPI sheet. So entering 100 in March (Number of logged tickets), would populate the main sheet with the same data in march. Related to this, would be calculating the data where needed prior to populating the main sheet, for example where a given number of tickets were resolved measured to a target of greater than 90%.

So...Tickets logged in March 100, resolved within agrfeed SLA target 80, (SLA target is greater than 90%), populate the main sheet with a colour (red) if lower than 90% or green if higher, and populate the percentage, in this case 80% (so would be red)

I do hope that makes sense!

I've attached the spreadsheet, if that helps/

    Thank you.
