Converting Column listed data to row listed but based on a value (unique modifier)

Good day!

So I have a list that was given to me as shown below. It's addresses that repeat for the sake of the mulitple issues at each address.

I'd love to clean it up so it looks like the display below instead. Each address is only listed once because somehow via excel formula I was able to take each issue value and get it listed in columns to the right. If I use index/match or VLookup it only gives me the first value. Not each one afterwards via formula, to my knowledge.

Looking for a formula that would grab each "issue" value in column B and be able to stack it to the right of each address.
