I was just asked a question that I am pretty sure can't be done. Is it possible to have custom settings for each locked cell? Example - I have two locked cells. In one I want to allow formatting but in the other I don't want to allow formatting. Is it all or nothing because that is all I can find in the protect sheet options.
There is nothing built in that will do what you want. I don't know if VBA can do that or not.

No, that is a sheet setting, not a cell setting
