how to copy charts with text boxes

Hello. I created some charts and then added a text box to write a few comments. How can I get this to copy into a word doc or email? The copy picture doesn't capture the text boxes and when I do a printscreen it looks shoddy because it cuts off or shows the cells next to the chart. Thanks.

    Hi Amma,

Are you working on Mac or windows?

It is very easy as when you click on chart you can simply perform CTRL+C command and can paste on word doc or email as it is. (*Note, if you are trying to paste on gmail, some feature of charts may get disabled or it may paste as picture.)

If you have any example please attach your file so that we can have a look and can try to paste in other docs for your reference.

    Waiting to hear from you
    Thanks,
    Anil Dhawan

I'm working on windows. It's easy to copy the chart, but if I insert a text box ON TOP of the chart, that doesn't get copied. It only shows up in excel.

    Ooops I got it....

What you can do, Select Text box and then hold CTRL key and then select the Chart box (Refer inline Image 1)
    New Chart 1.png

Now do right click on the text box (make sure your both objects are selected (Chart & Text Box like Image 1) and click on Group-->Group. (See Inline Image 2)
    New Chart 2.png

Here you go, You have grouped two objects, and like this you can easily group many more items with your chart.

I hope it works with you.
