Excel Form Issues - adding Signature Pad Field - Signature Rendering extremely slow

Hello everyone. I have a form that I'm attempting to create for general use at work. The workbook has 3 fields that require a digital signature from a Topaz Signature Pad. The problem appears when once the signature(s) start to render within each field; on average it takes at least a 60 seconds once you select "Done" from the Signature Add-In. Can anyone give me any advice on how to resolve this problem. I'm using a Macro Enabled format that will ultimately be saved as a Read Only to protect the integrity of the document. Do the signature fields have to be compressed somehow so they function in a timely manner or is my approach completely off??

Since the signature code is in an add-in none of it shows up in the file you shared.

    Thanks for the response Skywriter.
What do recommend I do as a work around so that the Topaz Signature Pad Add-In renders with the attachment. I believe the code resides in their software that comes with the sig pad, so maybe there-in lies the problem. Maybe there's an update/patch needed for the pad?

Well if the add-in isn't password protected you could post the code here and someone can look at it.

Open your file, hit Alt+F11 in the code window you should see the project explorer box, if not hit Control +R, if the add-in shows up and is not expanded to show the modules inside click the + to expand it. If it asks for the password then we are out of luck.

If it's not password protected then, maybe the usual screen updating can be turned off during the time their code runs, something along those lines.

Another suggestion would be to call them and see what they say.

Thanks for the rep. points and feedback.
