Lookup duplicate values - Help please

Hey guys,

I have been searching on the internet for a solution but can't find one that I understand 100%, so hope you can help me! It's for a project that is due in a few days :/

I have a set of item numbers including where it was produced and the processes. Now, what I want to do is look up the values in the Column E (Lookup values) and then display the process and location in column F and G. Normally I would just use a vlookup but the item column has duplicate values, so I have no idea what to do. I have attached the file (a sample of my data set)

How big is the data set? It could be done with formulas but duplicates make it a little convoluted. Would you consider summarizing with a Pivot Table? Also how many duplicates might there be as you have to allow enough formulas to cover?

Here is a start.
It finds matches and copies the data as requested, but does not handle duplicates in the A column
It copied the second entry for 7114842

how do you want duplicates handled?

Well, I would like to consolidate the duplicates in A column but I need the different location and process from each of the duplicate if you know what I mean.
