Conditional Data Validation lists using VBA

Excel experts..
I have 2 columns of data (BA1:BA15 and BC1:BC54) and I want VBA code to firstly check that if cells S6:S50 are blanks then remove dropdown values in T6:T50 then if user inserts either Test or Results (in S6:S50) the VBA code to then generate a Data Validation list based on the values in each of the cells i.e. id S6 =Test then a related table to be made available for user to select value from and if Result is selected then values in table 2 ate available.
I am attaching my test file.
I found the following VBA code from google so was wondering if you could help modify so that it populated correct list of values depending on the values input in S6:S50.
