Give value if two criteria are met

    Hi,

I have been struggling with the following:
The example workbook contains a list of employee#'s and the amount of times that they worked (days employed).
I want to categorize the employee#'s by giving them a value in a new column from 0 to 6 depending on the amount of days that they were employed.

Please find attached an example with the category table and data.

Re: Give value if two criteria are met

In addition, the columns A and B are in the real spreadsheet a pivot table. If i try to pull the formula down with a reference to the first cell (B2) it won't change. All the rows keep linking with B2.
So, how do I make the formula responsive to other rows if I pull it down when linked with a pivot table?
    I'm applying Ali's Lookup formula.
