Hello, I am trying to record profits/losses on Office2010 and I learned that unfortunately Excel automatically removes zeros at the end of decimals in the cents amount. (Ex. 10.90 goes to 10.9)
This is very strange looking and hard to work with. I fixed it by formatting the cells to Text, and they show all zeros now. However, I find I am unable to do the sum command when I want to add them up. (Either says the sum is 0 or shows an incorrect amount) I assume it's because the numbers are in "text" form and not "numeric".
How would I make it so the zeros are shown AND sum works properly? Thanks in advance.
