How would I create a weekly ranking system showing position change?

How would i recreate this in excel? It is a weekly positioning table for leagues.

This is my data set

Week 1	Team 1	1	0	Team 2
Week 1	Team 3	1	0	Team 4
Week 2	Team 5	1	0	Team 6

etc etc

I'm not sure where to begin with this. I currently have a table that calculates the over all standings.

For wins I use:
=SUMPRODUCT((HomeTeams = $J3)*(ISNUMBER(GoalsFor))*(ISNUMBER(GoalsAgainst))*(GoalsFor > GoalsAgainst))
and you can deduce from this how I calculate draws, losses, goals for and against.

I have a rank function that ranks by pts, then by goal difference, home goals, away goals.

I believe what I need is something similar but multiplied by the no of weeks which is a lot! (about 274! - Don't ask! Me and my crazy experiments)

(I don't know if i could use data sets per week ... ??? If that is the case how would I automate it to run through 294 weeks?)
