How to insert water mark in Excel

I have an excel sheet, in which I want to insert water mark.

Please tell the steps to insert the water mark in Microsoft Excel.

There is no Watermark in Excel.

You can use Header or footer option under the 'Insert'.

Insert > Header & Footer > Select Header > A new Tab will open -'Design' > Picture > Format picture > Change the size in a way it looks like a Watermark.
